Who can be covered under my policy?
You can cover yourself, your spouse, children, and extended family members — all under one policy for convenience and cost-efficiency.
What is the minimum and maximum entry age?
You can join from the age of 18 up to 74 years old. Members above 74 are subject to special terms and conditions.
How do I claim when a loved one passes away?
Claims must be submitted within 6 months of the date of death. Our team is available to guide you through the process with compassion and care.
Can I sign up online?
Yes! You can register or request a quote directly on our website. Alternatively, one of our consultants can assist you in person or over the phone.
Is there a waiting period before cover starts?
Yes. There is a 6-month waiting period for natural death for members under 74 years. Accidental death is covered after 1 full month. Please note: suicide is not covered in the first two years of membership.
